Kieran Lavery

Kieran Lavery is the CEO and Co-Founder at Mayanar Fabrication Ltd. He is from Ireland a country which is situated on the western part of Europe. He has over 40 years of experience in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Transport and logistics management across Europe where he spent most of his life working. Kieran has equally been working in Ghana for 10 years. Within this period of stay in the Country, he has partnered with his long time friend Mr Anthony Dogbey Agbozo in business, working on a number of projects leading to the formation and Founding of Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. Which has been registered and fully Operational since Jan 2016 with other related projects within the 10years of his stay in the country. Kieran is a Family man married to Ayishatu and have two wonderful children.

Anthony Dogbey Agbozo

Executive Director

Anthony Dogbey Agbozo

Mr Anthony Dogbey Agbozo is a Co-Founder and the Executive Director at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. Mr. Anthony Dogbey Agbozo together with Mr. Kieran Lavery have been running the day to day activities of the company since the company was formed. He has a degree in Business Administration and graduated with a Bsc Business Administration – Accounting. He also has some qualifications to his name which has helped the company to rise faster in its operations and sales due to his enormous business experience. Some of these are: Certified Tax Accountant- UK and Diploma Shipping Management - ICM UK
He is married to Mary and they have three children
Mr Anthony Dogbey Agbozo has wide experience from a number of companies he founded himself and has been working for the past 20 years in the Shipping and Timber Industry.

Richard Atiase

Mr. Richard Atiase is the current project officer at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. He is from Ghana, and holds HND in Building technology at Ho Technical University, where he achieved Second class upper in Building and construction.

Justice Larweh

Office & Production Manager

Justice Larweh

Justice Larweh is currently the Office & Production Manager at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. He is an SHS graduate with an SSCE qualification from Awudome Secondary School in the Ho West District Assembly in the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana. He is one of the first employees to be recruited by the company based on his enormous experience in the building and construction Industry with emphasis on roofing jobs. He has assessed some high profile clients jobs which have gone from taking orders and estimates of job specifications to the completion of wonderful jobs. Justice has been working with Mayanar fabrications for the past 2 years. He has a total of 7 years working experience in the roofing industry.

Mavis Nuworti

Mavis Nuworti is the Front Desk Receptionist at Mayanar Fabrication ltd. She also doubles as an office clerk taking orders and generating estimates for clients based on the roofing preferences. She is the face and first contact at Mayanar Fabrications Receiving customers orders and preparing estimates for these clients. Mavis, studied Business- Accounting option from Keta Senior High Technical School

Mabel Adegah

Mabel Mawuena Adegah is an Accounts Officer at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. She studied Business- Accounting Option from Ola Senior High School in Ho. She read Business Accounting program from Pentecost University College in Accra in Pre- University program for an entry level into a university. She did her Industrial internship at National Health Insurance Company for 3months at the customer service department of the company. At Mayanar Fabrication Ltd she handles the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable schedule by Receiving Sales from customers and making payments to Vendors.

Plant Manager

Herman Affrim

Mr Herman Affrim is the Plant Manager at Mayanar Fabrications. He handles the plants and machines at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. He handles the Forklift to move the raw from the warehouse to the production line for producing the high quality IBR and SelfLock Roofing Sheet at Mayanar. Herman also doubles as the goods delivery driver by delivery roofing sheets to clients after production is successfully completed to their construction sites. The efficiency and effectiveness of the plants and machinery at Mayanar Fabrications Ltd. is the responsibility of Herman and he has been handling this role very well till date.
